1.基本信息

王晓峰,男,陕西咸阳人,西北农林科技大学旱区作物逆境生物学国家重点实验室研究人员,加拿大28预测开奖官网咪牌教授、博士生导师。在西北农业大学园艺系学习,先后获学士和硕士学位,1993年7月留校任教。1999年在西北农业大学获博士学位。2000年至2002年在以色列农业研究中心(Volcani Center)和以色列魏兹曼研究所(Weizmann Institute)做博士后研究,2002年至2010年在美国北卡罗来纳州州立大学(NC State University)从事科研工作。

现为陕西省人才计划特聘教授,陕西省政府特聘专家,陕西省园艺学会理事。

2.研究方向和研究兴趣

主要从事植物生化和分子生物学的研究及其在园艺作物代谢调控分子育种上的应用, 内容包括植物组织培养及遗传转化,基因克隆和功能分析,植物生长发育过程中的基因表达调控,植物激素信号传导的分子机制,植物信号传导的功能基因组学和蛋白组学等。研究兴趣主要为油菜素受体(BRI1) 及其相关受体(BAK1) 的互作组分及信号传导的分子机理, 膜蛋白受体的生物学功能和相互作用等,并致力于将这些基础研究的成果应用于园艺作物的栽培和育种实践。

应用免疫沉淀及液相色谱与质谱连用(LC-MS/MS),对BRI1(油菜素受体) 和BAK1(油菜素受体相关激酶受体)的活体磷酸化位点进行了系统的鉴定,首次在植物界建立了完整的受体激酶活体磷酸化图谱。借助单个位点的定向突变对所鉴定的磷酸化位点的生化和生物学功能进行了评估。通过对BRI1和BAK1复合体形成和磷酸化的研究, 以及对BRI1 和BAK1 的信号分解,揭示了油菜素信号传导分子机理的几个重要方面,建立了油菜素早期信号传导模型。近年来在番茄、白菜和马铃薯等蔬菜作物上,通过磷酸化位点突变的基因的过表达和基因敲除编辑,研究油菜素内酯路径组分的磷酸化位点的农艺学价值及其在分子育种上的应用,以期通过人为操控磷酸化位点的磷酸化,精准调控油菜素内酯信号的强度和特异性,进而改良作物的重要农艺性状。
